Key Features & Materials

Depending on the model, Genebre Gate Valves are manufactured from high-quality materials such as ductile iron GGG-40, stainless steel CF8M (AISI 316) or forged steel ASTM A105N for higher-pressure service. Wedge discs may use stainless steel or stellited trims for enhanced durability, while sealing elements include EPDM, PTFE or metallic seats to achieve tight shut-off.

Pressure, Temperature & Connections

Standard stainless steel models are rated up to PN16 with operating temperatures around –10 °C to +120 °C, while forged steel Class 800 versions handle higher pressures and temperatures depending on the application. Connection options include flanged DIN PN, gas or NPT threaded ends, and socket weld on selected models, allowing easy integration into new or existing pipelines.
