Key Features & Materials

Genebre pneumatic actuators are built from extruded aluminium bodies with anodised or powder-coated finishes for enhanced corrosion resistance. They are available in double-acting or spring-return versions and comply with international mounting standards (ISO 5211, VDI/VDE 3845, NAMUR). Accessories such as limit switch boxes, solenoid valves, position indicators and speed controllers can be easily added for full automation of ball, butterfly or other valve types.

Performance & Accessories

Standard pneumatic actuators operate with air supply pressures from approximately 2.5 to 10 bar and temperature ranges of −20 °C to +80 °C. Genebre also offers complete valve packages with actuators (for example three-piece ball valves with Gen-Air pneumatic actuator) that extend the performance envelope. A full range of accessories – including adapter plates, manual emergency gearboxes and pneumatic speed controllers – is available to meet specific automation requirements.
